A topical voting Council?
 

I think this would be good if we could git a bunch of topical battlers to git together and go around voting on topicals....................

textees dont always understand how to judge a topical.......


newbs have no idea how to judge topicals........


and a lot of people dont take the time to read the battles.........

or they just read part of it then vote.......

^^and we all know that happens.....

yea i'd be up to it.. but im pretty sure alot of the good topical heads wouldn't want to do this...
