jay is dope as hell...but there are quite a few that are better...he is definitely one of the best rappers to bless a mic...but the best?..no....i could name at least 4 in the game right now that are better

First off... Jadakiss can lick my nuts, he sucks...

As for Jay, I never felt him... I mean, I've never felt 50 either, but obviously Jay is way more talented than him... People I would prefer to listen to over Jay (prefer to listen to not people that are better)
