Here ya go, I tried a blurring effect with the picture. That pic is used twice. I stretched it to go across the screen, and then posted it again.

How do I find the extract tool?

Filter>Extract... u zoom really close... highlight what u wanna cut... then when ur done.. fill it.. then click ok..

Nice. Thanks all. I will start cutting when I get the program at home. I only have today and some of tomorrow.
