2nd Attempt
 

My brushes aren't working for some reason. I downloaded them, extracted them to Brushes folder, but when I get in PS it won't let me use them. Any help is appreciated. Leave some feed please.

Well to go to the brush selecter thing, then click the arrow button, then go down to load brushes. As for the sig, ehh try not to use filters. Text could be better too. 4/10

Don't know what to tell you then, maybe restart your computer and then see what happens?

man don't tryta impose ur gfx style on sum1 else....i could teach him everything i kno....but i choose 2 let him learn on his own so he can develop his own style....plus wen u learn from sum1 whoz not that good an jus followz trendz...u won't become that good now will you? no hate or nuthin but yeah....nice attempt man keep at it
