Requests aren't guaranteed, since week 4 is a title match week.

Make a request only if you have someone specific in mind. Only post one name because you can only have 1 battle a week.

If you don't make your request direct and specific, or if you say "I'll take anyone" or some dumb shit like that, you'll be banned for 1 week.
