You ask why im angry?
well you havent been where ive been
seen what ive seen or felt what ive felt
If i told you,you wouldnt understand
Its beyond anything youve read in your libarys
Its beyond what you see on your televisions
Why im angry isnt something you can learn second hand :nono:
This isnt something you can talk about in your classrooms or offices
with your expensive books and stuffy professors in designer suits
My anger is a experience and i have a right to be angry!!
Ive been hungry pains in my stomach unable to sleep
Ive watched those around me die put into sleep by evil intoxicants
Ive seen the wild west duels of the 21st century gunfights in broad daylight
the marshalls no longer able to enforce the law
Im from the place of the forgotten where noone wants to talk about
but i will make my views heard
I will tell them why i am angry
I will not give them answers only questions and today you WILL give me my answers
Today is the day you will aknowledge the neglected
Today is our day of ressurection!!
Ive been mistreated by those in power.....where is my justice?
Why are my children not safe in the streets?
Why is it so hard for my voice to be heard why does it fall on deaf ears?
Where is my liberty?
The flags where i live are blue and red......no star spangled banner
but way more people die for our flags then ever for the stars and strips
Why is that?
All wars combined cant compare for the devastation of my home
our epidemic of crack hit harder then any plague in 3rd world countrys
Never ask me why im so angry
Come see for yourself.............and i gurantee youll be just as angry as i am!!

LOVED IT!... Raw emotion is very powerful. this wasnt the most aesthetically astounding piece. but the emotion connected with me on a deeper level. i felt this piece. i understood your anger. wish it was longer and touched on other issues but it was still great. just from the vantage point that i feel the same way. and so should a lot of ppl. this hit very close to home. keep up the good work.

Okay okay, let me check this one out...

What I personally liked the most were the questions you asked because they are a nice add-on to the piece. Strongest aspect was the emotion of course, no doubt about that. As a reader you could really feel and experience the anger the person's going through because it is so well expressed, so vivid and real. I find your choice of vocabulary very good because you kept it rather simple which makes the message you bring more powerful.

Yea, dude. I thought it was a well thought-out piece. I liked how you vicariously spoke from a whole race's perspective. you made me believe that you were portraying your feelings... the emotion was untouchable, and the style was pretty esoteric. All in all i was impressed with your ability.
