Those eyes...
those slanted exotic eyes.
your stare...
your stare makes me feel as though...
as though you're not staring at me,
but peering in to the depths of my soul.
A soul in which my darkest secrets and desires go forever untold
and unseen to the naked
except for your eyes...
staring as if you could super-womanly X-ray vision through all lies.
Completely exposed
I feel bare even though I'm fully clothed.
Naked is my soul,
You've left it feared and loathed,
still eager to be exposed.
Beneath your eyelids is a uniqueness,
that my experienced specturs don't get to see on a regular basis.
Your eyes personify the melody that calls a dieing man to a beautiful but false oasis.
Not saying that your eyes are false, but
I can't step inside your head
and see through the beautiful things that twinkle n shine like images I've only seen while lying in bed.
So I choose to let those cherubs of sight unclothe my soul instead.
