i feel its just a plant.... from the earth..... we were meant to enjoy..... burn a bud and chill ..... i see nothing wrong wit it.... cops and law enforcement should be spending they time on finding Bin Laden, than worrying bout people moking a lil bush....

It makes you do ill-legal things so no it shouldnt be legal.

Weed is very spiritual, it was placed here for a reason. Other drugs are man-made and manufactured. Everything on this earth has a purpose, so why would weed be around without one? And it does not make you do illegal things. Whoever the fuck you are inside determines wheather or not you do illegal things.

But don't legalize. That would ruin the whole scheme of things. Weed would be commercialised and turn all gay. They would add shit to it. And even then they'd probably have some gay law like "no unauthorized dealing" so they could moderate shit. Fuck that. Its nice knowin where ya green is from, what's been done to it, and how it feels to smoke it without any hassles. And fuck tax. I aint payin the government to get high they can suck my dick. I'd rather pay a dealer im cool with or grow it myself.

As soon as shit is legalized it gets gay. Every tom, dick and harry will be smokin' dope. It'll lose something that you won't quite be able to put ya finger on, but will be missing.

I guess if they did legalize posession, but not commercial sale, it might be O.K.

And I heard something a while ago about a law in Canada being proposed in which large scale growth projects were illegal, but posession was acceptable? Might not have been Canada... But that sounds good.

weed should be legalized but like my man points out above if the government regulated it we would be paying out the ass for whatever they decided to give us.....if they did legalize it and i was allowed to grow so much per year on my property that would be great but i suppose it doesnt really matter to me anyways because i already do that......i definitely would not pay tax on a plant that grows out of the earth.........the government as a whole doesnt really care what drugs we do as long as its profitable to them.......certain people take hits to maintain appearances but things like cocaine arent indigenous to this region and you couldnt grow the plants here so somebodies letting the shit through......basically im just sayin grow your own.......if we all did that we would have the bud we liked the best......and there would never be a need to see anyone about it..........and we could all smoke a joint and watch the cosmos

Legalizing weed would eventually put the United States to legalize all drugs.

Think about it,

In amounts above the legal limit, weed can, and will, get you high. When high people's reaction time slows down, and more accidents are bound to happen.

However, even if you want to argue that point, you can't argue the other one. If weed is legalized what will stop drug making/selling companies from around the world to come over to the United States and file a lawsuit to legalize their drug? If one drug is legalized, all drugs will be legalized. If all drugs are legalized people will get addicted, and drugs will take over the country. Just for a second consider what your children and grandchildren will have to go through if all of those drugs are legalized. When people are high people do crazy things. It's not going to be "cool" when your daughter is crossing the street and a guy high on weed has poor reaction time and kills her.

Think about the consequences before you make selfish comments.

they should leagalize it... too many ppl getting locked up over dime bags. getting that 3rd strike and so forth. and besides if they legalize it they can control it. cuz then they can sell it in stores and take it off the streets and put restricitions on it, even control its potency. LOL
i dont smoke anymore so it dont bother me none but I'm just tired of seing ppl in my city beef over weed.
