Battles up Monday - Check In by Wednesday - Drop by Friday - Votes by Sunday No line limit and the battler with most votes by Sunday night is the winner. If this is a topical battle, write a topical and not a poetic drop and the same is vice a versa. All Battlers must vote on 4 other battles and leave their voting links in their battle thread. Battles voted on may be from either poetry or topical battles. Extensions must be asked for by Thursday night by pming any of the mods (Acuity, Drama Queen & Elementality). No extensions will be given 4 if asked 4 on Friday night. Extensions are only given till Sunday night at the most. Every battler must nominate (not their own) one topical and poetry battle for pieces of the week, in the main forum . Jim's love for his girl...was more like an addiction If there was such thing as a perscription for love it would be written in bloody sweat, its a sickness and Jim was one of its victims He'd ask his girl where she was goin she'd say it was none of his business Symptoms may include: dizziness fatigue and depression But that didnt weaken his resolve....it only increased his aggression He needed her permission to kiss the ground this goddess walked upon At best....their relationship could be described as "off and on" She got turned off while he kept ramblin on about her physical features How his life would be incomplete with out her and how much he needs her Kept phone lines busy for hours he didnt believe in quick calls If he didnt see her for a week.....he'd go through withdrawls Got hella jealous when he saw her talkin with other guys like they were tryin to take his life away ...without her hes undefined This high he felt when he was close to her was unexplainable but once she left the buzz he once had now seemed unobtainable She invaded his heart offering pain for moments of satisfaction He had a pitiful life.............and this girl was his only distraction Jim found her with another man....the sight alone left him breathless Pain was endless, she gave away the love on which he became dependant She said "Baby listen" and proceeded to try and rationalize it He despized that his ears wanted to hear the lies she provided His anger subsided and for a second he just stood there idle before he said, "Baby i really like you" and went back to the viscious cycle |
