Battles up Monday - Check In by Wednesday - Drop by Friday - Votes by Sunday No line limit and the battler with most votes by Sunday night is the winner. If this is a topical battle, write a topical and not a poetic drop and the same is vice a versa. All Battlers must vote on 4 other battles and leave their voting links in their battle thread. Battles voted on may be from either poetry or topical battles. Extensions must be asked for by Thursday night by pming any of the mods (Acuity, Drama Queen & Elementality). No extensions will be given 4 if asked 4 on Friday night. Extensions are only given till Sunday night at the most. Every battler must nominate (not their own) one topical and poetry battle for pieces of the week, in the main forum . That's pretty harsh. Damn, who would ever want to battle anyone that hasn't lived on this site for months? I don't blame you, I wouldn't want to battle me either.

As i walk into dark caverns of the heart My light fades away a slow sunset my flame of hope only a spark Each part of existence a mixture of componeants of life My soul in the depth of waters drowning a fragile transparent poltergist I grab the knife the blade a light to cut through the pitch black shield Yet i only cut myself and feel what the light is to feel And i feel and feel until its to real and my sights like the distant horizen And as the plasma forms cherry red puddles of life i lose sight of where i am I stand to fall yet we're born to stand only to fall again when we're choosen So I watch rivers of clear sky blue fall from my face into the crimson oceans Each step is a step towards deeper shadows and the walls of darkness close As the hand of a King drop his crown and his body slumps in his throne |
