How Do You Paste A Screenshot?
 

I got one copied and I'd like to place it in an email and in a post at this site, but I don't know how to put up on here.

Can any of you help me?

open paint or photoshop if you have it...go to edit->paste

paint...file->save
photoshop...file->save for web
