Man admits to steal from DMX
A man that worked as the director of a New Jersey SPCA admitted to stealing from a court-appointed fund that DMX founded. Robert Nesoff testified in court that he wrote checks to himself that amounted to more than $6,000 and used the money for personal gain. The fund was for $15,000 and DMX was mandated to start the fund as a condition of his parole for animal cruelty. In 1999, police cited the rapper for having 12 or more pitbulls in heinous conditions in his New Jersey residence. Nesoff was regulated to probation and must pay the money back.
