Batman Begins
 

Saw it last night. A lot of people were skeptikal about this film, because Batman and Robin (1998) was such a horrible movie. But I knew it'd be better, 'cuz it's based on the original Batman comics. It gives the audience a different view of Batman's (Christian Bale from American Psycho) origin - mainly including Bruce Wayne's training under Ra's Al Ghul (Ken Wantanabe from The Last Samurai). The main villain in this movie is Dr. Jonathan Crane, aka The Scarecrow (Cillian Murphy from 28 Days Later). Also included in the cast are Morgan Freeman, Katie Holmes, and Liam Neeson. Michael Cain (Nigel Powers in Goldmember) plays Alfred, which I felt was an excellent casting decision. And yes, the new Batmobile fuckin' rocks. I don't wanna explain too much 'cuz I don't wanna spoil the movie, but it's da bomb.

yea i saw this........ dope ass movie...... it was alot better than i thought it was gonna be... i was kinda young wen i saw most of em, but its my favorite Batman movie so far. I like how they made it more of a serious movie and not packed with alotta jokes, but enough to enjoy the movie...... nice action also... id give it same rating prolly

Honestly, this movie impressed me, and coming from me that's saying a LOT. It's the first movie in yeras that I saw and didn't have a single unanswered question to. All the shit where I was like "yeah right, that bitch grew up with him. she'd DEF recognize his mouth" was answered when she actually DID recognize him. they explain EVERYTHING and you jsut don't see that in movies anymore.

BTW, Liam was Ra's. Not Watanabe. And yes...the batmobile was what a REAL batmovile would be like. Damn man, everything in the story makes sense now. wTF other comic movie can say that?!

Well Wantanabe's in the casting credits as Ra's. And I just didn't wanna spoil it for those who recognize Liam Neeson, 'cuz it's a good twist.
