Why do Christians seem to worry about petty lil things
Isn’t it more important for a man’s soul to be obtained by our King
Long hair, ear pierced, no tie, or belly button ring
Bible we read, church we attend, style of song we sing
Ain’t the soul more important than all of these
Show them Christ Whom has all the keys
He’s the One we should be tryin to please
Greed, pride, and jealousy is what we need to release
A soul gets saved, but who gets the praise
The creation or the Creator of all days
Pointin out the speck in the eye of others ways
With a plank in their eye that just seems to stay
I believe if the person is sincere they are saved
Not determined by what they do or what’s on their grave
By acceptin the sacrificial Lamb that God gave
Bein freed from sin, no longer its slave
