Battles up Monday - Check In by Wednesday - Drop by Friday - Votes by Sunday
No line limit and the battler with most votes by Sunday night is the winner. If this is a topical battle, write a topical and not a poetic drop and the same is vice a versa. Extensions must be asked for by Thursday night by pming any of the mods (Drakel or Drama Queen). No extensions will be given 4 if asked 4 on Friday night. Extensions are only given till Sunday night at the most. If you dont ask for an extention, and drop whenever you feel like it you will be disqualified. Do not abuse extentions, they are not to be used if you're just too lazy to drop within the confines of the circumstances. Leave reasonable explanation for your absense. If the League notices you are a slacker due to this nature you will be banned for being out-right slothfully callous. Don't ho-show because you will be banned if you do it twice. We can understand you cannot drop due to certain circumstances but if this happens a second time, you're banned from the league for 2 weeks. If you signed up for both leagues and you no-show in one league twice, you will be banned in both leagues! Try to limit the freeposts, we will have a chat/beef thread for that. Also give fully explained votes, if not your votes won't count! Silk sheets and rose petals, candle light all around Room 112...Holiday Inn...Thas where it all went down We spent our moment of love, lisnen to moments in love It was an omen of love the way we kissed and we hugged The perfect night ended as the room filled with sunlight 9 months later I'm wakin up in the middle of the night Sheets moist, husband snorin, thinkin "this has got to be a joke" In a total state of shock cuz my water jus broke Tapped my husband on the shoulder and whispered "it's time" He looked at me with wide eyes...face full of expressions like a mime He finally gathered himself, then he went and got my bag Made a call to tha doctor, then he went and called a cab After two 10 minute contractions the cab finally came He did 80 to tha hospital as I layed in back with pain My husband rolled me frantically thru tha hospital door Yelling for someone to please "page doctor Moore" The contractions are getting closer...now only 5 minutes apart The more I dialate the pain becomes increasingly sharp Now they givin me sedatives jus tryna keep me calm As tha pain dulled down I released my husband's palm Now tha doctor's tellin me "get ready it's time to push" I'm screaming in agony as tha nurse says "LOOK" "I can see tha head, time to give it all u got" I remember thinkin to myself..."damn I wish I had a glock One shot to tha head and I wouldn't have to conceive Then I could take a trip to heaven and personally thank eve For eatin that damn apple off tha forbidden tree Then tha sudden need to push snapped me back to reality Out came his head, then his stomach, and his legs Looked up then saw tha doctor holin a beautiful bundle of red They washed off tha placenta and my husband cut tha cord Then he got dow on is knees and thanked tha lord I kissed my husband then my son and told em "I love u" And now u know tha story of my beautiful struggle |
