Stat Quo Working With Balance
The Bay Area Rapper Balance inks a deal with the Indie Label for his debut album "Young & Restless" is slated for a September release. The album features guest appearances by Stat Quo, Chamillionaire, Keak Da Sneak and The Frontline. Stat Quo's video "Like Dat" was shot in June in his hometown of Atlanta with a majority of it being filmed in the infamous Thomasville Heights projects, aka ZONE 3. His album "Statlanta" will be in stores later this year. Fans will be able to catch him on the Anger Management Tour, where he will perform alongside his label mates Eminem, D12, Obie Trice, 50 Cent, as well as the G-Unit family and Lil Jon. That's not all. True to the grind mode of being a new artist, Stat has been in the lab cooking up bangers for two mixtapes that he's doing with heavy hitters, DJ Whoo Kid and DJ Drama, which are sure be a very hot commodity to hip-hop fans.
