You said yourself that RV money was never supposed to make it over the millions. I think it would be a much better system if the money was re-set annually.

I think its safe to say that the majority want the money re-set and whoever doesent should just suck it up. I've been told people play games and run little business things with the RV money. Those people can just ask you for loans and w/e.
