Choppy cutting and it doesn't blend well with the glow. Blur the edges of the pic to make it blend more and work on the font. Really hard to read.

i like this one very dope.....cuttin is a lil bad but can be improve keep it up as it was ur first aight 1.......

You should desaturate your layers ctrl+shift+u and go to layer>new ajustment layer>color balance and mess with the colors so you can have a nice bleand. read the tuts.
I really like the background not feeling the glow or font try and level it out and make it bigger...
