Tears scrollin down my face, not wasting their time nor making haste.
Without care, emotions that I cannot share,
Tell me what is next because I can't go on without your breath
the rise and upheaval of your chest
Trying to take me away, I can't step up

I hold my tongue and bite my lip in spite myself.

Scream inside because my heart is falling apart.
Echoing voices inside my head, reminding me that
this has all been said.
I can't leave you, not yet, this unforgiving torture that
has you wrapped.
I cry for you, I pray for you, I get caught up in it because
I love you.
Things that I cannot control, taking over your mind, body,
but not your soul,
I see your wanting to fight, but you know you can't because
this isn't right.
Take it easy, take it slow, the show's almost over then your
free to go.
