Reppin for Jesus ain’t no easy business
Hard road to hoe and its not sinless
Never ending, always sending prayers from
above to care for carnal spending.
Spending money, time, attitude, rhyme
in the wrong direction that was mine.
All the knowledge, maybe some wealth
in sweltering proportions hidden like a
stealth, we keep our talents hidden away
till it comes our day.

These days we all selfish want
everything our way, when no one is
saying the actual splay. Not giving God
credit or any word play, just sitting there
in their pew, head bowed and eyes
glued. As Christians sometimes we’re
misconstrued, under a microscope by
the carnal and the other few.

So you lay in your bed at night, wondering what
exactly is wrong and right, can you do this
or can you do that, a Bible not far from your
grasp.
You go around with your friends, forgetting
God but doing the trend..
You have an end, its not pretty and then, you
see God and have to face him with the mistakes
you did.
