it looks decent...but youre gonna find that its easy to run out of ideas when all you know how to do is brushing and dodge and burn...

take ya image and put it on a bigger transparent canvas and go to file save for web and take optimized off and then click save...if u still lost then hit me up and i'll explain further

Didn't I explain this to you? Copy and paste it in a new document that has a transperant backround. Save it. Easy as that.
