Wal-Mart/Super Wal-Mart
 

They just recently built 3 new Super Wal-Marts within a 10 mile radius of each other in my hometown, and like every single small business and even big ones like Winn Dixies are being forced out of business, so i was wondering if any of u think theres something immoral about Wal-Mart doing that... or is it the other business' responsibility to come up with something to beat Wal-Mart? Cuz alot of people around here think that what Wal-Mart is doing is immoral. I heard the state of Vermont made laws about how big stores can be so Wal-Mart wouldnt be able to take over. Thats a pretty dope idea, but the Super Wal-Marts are so nice so i dunno... what yall think?

thats the purpose of capitolism and corporations, to push out the small businesses and biy them to make giant corporations

its bullshit...because of wal mart every small town across america looks exactly the same...

a bunch of old abandoned strip malls where stores used to be...and 5 super wal marts...

they are raping towns of their identities...its really disgusting...

theyll open a new store and sell everything below cost...wal mart corporate pays the difference...until all the little stores go out of business...then they jack their prices up...

plus they pay their employees less than nothing...they keep single moms at 39 hours so they dont have to pay benefits...there have been cases where they have locked the doors and forced people to work overtime...and they hire illegals and pay them less than minimum wage...

they really are a disgusting company...

business is business...think about it this way.... say you sell drugs and then someone else comes in with better shit and shoots you to death so he can get all the money....immoral? of course it is but business is business....mercenary and cutthroat
