What's the biggest diss in the hip-hop community?

I guess for emo kids a diss would be considered calling them "happypants" or some shit. IMO the biggest diss in hip-hop is calling someone gay/faggot. What do you think?

Bitch. Especially if you put some emphasis on it, 'cuz it's a degrading term generally directed at women. And since hip hop is a male dominant field, a term like that comes off as quite dishonoring to someone.

Think about it, with curse words, all that happens is someone calling you a derogatory word. But calling someone a snitch has effects on all levels. First off you have to defend yourself because you feel you have been offended. secondly you lose respect when youre labeled as a snitch. Less people buy your albums, less people download your music, less people go to your concerts and so on and so forth.
