^^^^^^^^ its like 50-25-25 actually...... 50% lyrics, which include makin it flow well and good multies (not just well written with good metas and shit) 25% ur quality, and maybe even more... and than 25% ur presence, delivery and emotion, and how u spit on the mic (also involves ur voice and if u spit on beat...)

Most important is flow, delivery and voice. Lyrics follow that up pretty closely. Quality is just between whether it's bearable or not.

werd......... but wen u have real nice quality........ u automatically sound above the people with semi bearable shit...... like u can listen to a person with a bad delivery and voice with nice ass quality...... but u cant listen to a person with bad quality even if their writtens and delivery are the shit........ cuz u cant hear it.....
