Help me out with this. So tonight I was at a park and this white guy was messing with everyone. So finally I stepped up and fought him. Now he was about 6' 4" and I'm 5' 7". Now the thing I don't get is why he tried to tackle me.

Can someone please tell me why people with longer reaches try to tackle their opponent in a fight.

He wasn't confident in how he could actually fight and relied on overpowering you instead.

upper body..and force em 2 get me off...

why would he wanna get me on the ground when his reach was almost a half foot longer. he could jus keep hittin me without me being able to reach him.

i jus dont like tackling in a fight. i think if u cant stand toe to toe with someone then dont fight at all

most people that are tall probably haven't scrapped alot. coz most people would be intimidated by them. basically he tackled you because he can't swing a punch properly lol.

exactly, when your on the ground its a lot harder to fight, so if he attacks you and puts you on the ground its a lot harder to fight back, thats why you fight dirty when someone does that my dad tells me how he usto bite, n kick no one ever wanted to fight him, but hey that could be him showin off but i believe its a lot better if you kick n bite a lot dirty your chances to win are more up ya know.
