Question relating to PHI (1.618).

The devine proportion.
I have been studying a lot on Astrology, Religion and the mathamatics behind the universe recently. And I have an equasion that I really need to work out that I think could shed some light on unanswered questions for me.

I would like to know if there is a way to work the PHI equasion backwards if given the starting didget of (ofcoarse) zero and the middle didget which I'm not going to post on the internet. To ultimatly find the end point of a distance.

I simply would like to know the equasion required to answer this and if I am able to discover an exact number with it I might tell you why I'm asking this.

I would appreciate it if anyone with knowledge enough to teach me how this is done would contact me on AIM ( U Wan Taco ) and we can discuss this in greater depth.

Philosophy is one of my personal interests.. The equasion I'm asking may be impossable. But I would be willing to bet that PHI governs ........the thing I'm trying to work out... :-/

I have limited knowledge on maths.. Thats why I need help with this. I'm not trying to 'take over the world'.. Just understand it.

You want to know the opposite of PHI.. and the equation to find some middle point to an end point?

I don't really see how PHI can be reversed though..

well, u could possibly use limit formulas or number set/sum formulas... but since i have no idea what phi is or where it was derived from, im not sure if that would work... i hope that helps a little...

hmmmmm, jus saying man if u have the start point and the middle point...why would you need to extrapulate the answer with PHI when surely the end point would be the end point multiplied by 2....ima get @ you on AIM so you can explain wachu mean...1
