Coast Wars - Universal Tourney
Verbal Emotions - The Longest Lasting Topical Tourney
Fall Audio Tourney - Audio Tourney
Concluded Tournaments - The History of RV Tournaments and Leagues

Audio Talk - A place for audio members to talk
Audio Battles - Name vs. Name Audio Battles
Rthymic Convergence - Where producers show-off their work
Audio Assistance - Where Audio Heads get help

RVTBL - Rap Verse Text Battle League
RVTTL - Rap Verse Topical battle league (It should have it's own forum)
Text Talk - Place for Text Head to talk
Open Mic - Writtens and Keystyles
Front Lines - Text Name vs. Name Battles only
Cypher
Text Help - Where Text Heads get help


RPTL - Rap Verse Poetry League
Poetic Scriptures - Drop Poem here
Poetry Assistance - Where poets get help

Graphical Arts - Where graphic heads drop their work (Sub-Forum Request)
Graphic Tutorials - Where graphic Heads get Help
Mug Shots - Pictures of RV Members

Opening Act - It's Not Active
The Cerebral Approach - These threads should be in the text or audio talk forums to prevent them from getting flooded with childish threads
Entertainment - These threads should go in the Text and Audio Talk Forum
Anything Goes - It just waist site memory and is immature
Beef Threads - They could squash it or use aim, or use the battle forums to bring activity to them
HipHopTalk - Since this is a Rap Site these threads should go into the Text and Audio Talk forums
News and Announcements - It should be posted as a forum header
Rap verse Blueprint - It's inactive and make us look like Rap Battles
Album Reviews - They don't cover review underground and mainstream albums, and they are posted late
RV Awards - They aren't run correctly
High Thinking - The poetry and topical league should have it's own forum
Elevated Frontline - There should be one text battle forum, and if vets want to battle join the league
Rhetorical insights - They could do this by joining the Topical League
RV Complaints, Suggestions and Comments - This is want the Emergency Help forum is for
Tutorials - Their should be forums for this in the Text, Audio, Poetry, and Graphic forums

and wants all the tournaments get finished they will be, done in their certain section instead of being mixed with the others

Really. The shit is just fine. Bandwith? Hardly taken up. What's the difference between making a forum and posting the same threads as having the same threads in another forum? Nothing but organization.
