Somone posted this topic " Who is the most over rated rapper of all time " So i was expeting people to say like JA Rule but, they where sain that 2pac and biggie are overated witch is a bunch of shit. One guy said that Quote: " Pac was wack as fuck. He is a stuido gangster". Also some of these other really good rappers. I just think som people can be dumb. :cussing:

You need to relise bro, when tupac was alive and in the industry that was a good 10-12 years ago. So they skill level of rap wasnt as high as it is now. The evolution of rap wasnt were it was at now.

Tupac come out going against the grain and completly changed hip hop, even biggie took a leaf otu fo tupacs page and went against the grain. Those two paved the path for rap as know it now.
