Just interested in hearing about who believes in what. Believe in God, Christ, yes/no/why? Heaven and hell? Lets hear some religious opinion up in this bitch.

but..i have a different opinion..

i dont actually beleive in "GOD"..but i do believe that is someone with a higher power that is up stairs, well, not actually up stairs, but somewhere..you get wat i am saying..

I beleive there is a god. Weather its alah jesus or fucking homer from the simpsons,there is a higher form.

As for heaven and hell, I feel its all a metaphor for what you make of your life. I dont beleive in living to impress this higher form to stear clear of hell and prove your worthy of heaven. I aint gotta prove shit to no one, The things I have done in my life I have done cause I had to. Survive by any means necassary.


heaven and hell, in our time? simply what you make it on earth. There isnt anything any person cant get passed to make a better life for his/herself. People just gotta quit using certain things as an excuse to not make an effort.

I believe relgion was given to human's through prophets in different translations to suit different cultures. I study religious origons and believe in one all powerful god acompanied by a large number of lesser gods (or as you would know them --angels) that govern all aspects of life.

This belief stems back to the beginnings of history itself within pagan religions and all religious systems are based loosly on this belief. Religion to me is like a puzzle with the peices scattered around in smaller packets of information. I believe there is a heaven and hell, however I see them as a metaphoric reference to a spiritual fork in the road. My life is devoted to god and I wish only to serve his cause with my time on Earth through influence generated by my career. I have a unique path, but I know what I have to do to achieve my goals.

IMO = In My Opinion. And I used to be big into the Christian religion (Lutheran, to be exact), but I kinda drifted away from it all over the past year and a half.

As long as you know where you stand with religion you dont have to be all out insanly involved in everything to do with religion type uppity do-gooder prick... You just have to be sure in what you believe and try not to be an evil cunt nah mean..

Hmm. I believe in a God, but not Jesus. I think Jesus was a myth designed to scare kids into not doing bad things for fear of going to hell instead of heaven. (ie. you dont want your kid to go in a closet, you tell him there's a monster in there so he doesn't). I also believe in reincarnation as a another human being, based on your previous life's accomplishments.

I am very open to the possibility of Jesus being a human prophet rather than a deity, it would definatly explain a few things.. But he is not a myth dude... He actually did exist.. And he is not there to scare kids, that would be an aspect of control that human's use through religion.

And your views on reincarnation are unfounded.. Sounds like your own fantasy rather than being based on anything more solid..
