Only thing I would do is fade the scan lines a bit more.
Overall, very good work. Maybe put the text above the lines though? |

not bad i actually think this is pretty good fam i liek it but like TR said fade the scan lines a lil more its too visible and lighten the glow on sonic its too bright and blend hima little better feel me but yea good shyt tho fam 6/10
