The graphics forum isnt active so i posted in here, what is the best GIF animation program to use where they do shyt automatically for u like flash the image or make it move from left 2 right?

Adobe Image Ready, hich comes with most photoshops. File: export to image ready. It's an entirely differnt program, and the only thing in common is the layout for the less-than-photoshop tools.

They're both for completely different purposes, so one can't possibly be better. They only look the same and use the basic 'layers' concept and basic operation, but that's bout it.
