Cloudy Days

the grey infinity of the the sky gives the sensation of cloudy eyes
The gift of the sun's hiding under a foul disguise
I sit impatiently waiting for the rays to concentrate
And make their way through the thickness and brighten up this date
I open my window, quickly disposing of remains of my indo
As my mother enters my room i front like i'm playing nintendo

and wait.............................................. .........

she leaves my personal domicile and i quietly laugh and smile
then i observe a burning leaf descending from my tiles

and panic.............................

I run down stairs trip, and slip nearly breaking my hip
Approaching my front door with a swollen cheek and bruised lips
I'm sweating like an athlete but my body temp feels colder
I turn the handle i'm nearly gone but i feel a hand arrest my shoulder

i turn around.............................

I find myself looking into the endlessly hollow eyes
Of the grim reaper himself, i become confused and hypnotised
In a sudden intense state of unrest and pure dread
I look at the stairs i see a trickle of blood on my head
While the air outside glows in demonically orange shades
And an a contrated feeling of inner pain just invades

i run outside.....................

i turn back, surrounding Death i see my home engulfed in flames
I look to the sky and i find the cloudy sky's unchanged
I pray for rain, but it seems that all my pleading is in vain
Emotionally strained, i'm feeling mentally drained
I pray God ease the pain and let the clouds bless us with rain




i wake up....................

i breathe a sigh of relief as i'm thankful for my life
I'd rather put up with a cloudy day than fall and die
A strange compulsion makes me look out the corner of my eye
I see a dark figure standing by my window with a scythe............

know everyone has had cloudy days.....well mine have truthfully been happening now.....check it out


Contained with drama subsiding my mind with pain
Confused living life, with out mom it wont be the same
Dazed in the brain, as I let out my tears from my eyes
Praying to our father, hoping to get through these cloudy skys
Domesticated family, life at home is getting hectic
Dad always drunk, I just can't leave but im skeptic
Fights are electric, truly hate my family I dont except it
Sophisticatedly handeling problems as an adult
Mom passed away, no time for a final consult
Now my lifes on holt, regaining strength for life
Sobbing my worries away looking to survive
Terrible circumstances awaiting at the door
Life coming amoung my shoulders to them im a whore
They ride my life hard, not liking it but I deal
Not saying problems aloud, they are concealed
These cloudy days break down my life bit by bit
No one feels contrite for me, I anger its explicit
Must get with it, these days will only get harder
Ashamed of my household?, no just my drunk father
He makes these cloudy days tuff, hard to sleep
Falling asleep, then wake up...starting over the chain of weep
Through out all the pain and agony I still find time to pray
I pray to god almight, to help get through these cloudy days
