then press record in ANOTHER multi track
then when you ready to record, spit that shit

ok well you get another program to run to play it for you, and recordin it is just basically simple to know.

well shit.....its easy basiclly do what Will said but you also gotta press the Red R on the track you wanna record on start on track 2 if you inserted the beat after you do a record on one of the tracks make sure the Red R for that track is switched off or you'll record over what you just spit....
