Eversince I disabled norton antivirus to DL songs when the webpage downloads rv why is everything not in good quality any more my sig is blurry as fuck along with the links to click on up top. WHY IS THIS PLZZ HELP ME AND ILL DL U A SONG! :thumbup:

its your dial up connection speed.
some isps can make your computer go faster by takin the quality in pics/sigs etc away.
just go to your isp menu and change it.
