does anyone know how to extract a beat from a song with words n shyt? im doin christmas album remakin some songs*waits for haters to say some shit* and its a christmas song that i wanna extract the beat from but i dont know hoe, so yea how do i do that?

You need Logic Pro and then you "invert phase" on the left stereo track after you "split stereo track" which will mute all the vocals not mixed directly into the beat (like some hooks or adlibs might be). Then you pan that left strip to the center, merge it with the one on the right that you also pan center, and viola. Instrumental.[/super-abbreviated version of the actual procedure]

lol u cant just extract a beat extractin a beat from a full song is like tryin to pick what you had for lunch out of ur turds, its impossible...all you really can do is loop a part of the beat that doesnt have words but looped shit is wack..if u have limewire try d/l'in the beats from there

If you have some of the nice studio equip then you can. Just shit is kinda hard and you can mess up easily. What are you trying to use.
