UNF...again, u need a better lead-in...U just come out of nowhere and start flowin...through some Ad libs in there before u start...maybe a couple "Uhs, uh huh, yea"...then rock it

Listening

The intro is cool. The beat is ehhhh......canibus-y. Who evers on the first verse, their flow is WAY too lumpy for a beat so slow. The rhyming word delivers on snare, but nothing else does, alsmot like a spoken word track on the first verse. The lyrics are cool, but the flow dosen't fit the beat at all in my honest opinion.

Second verse, this gotta be UNF. Both you guys need some EQing work because you an get a lot more out of your mics. Flow on this verse is pretty much dead on, but the volumes 2-3 dB's too low.

Third verse, same thing from the first verse. Sounds like it wasn't written to a beat at all, then spit over one. Damn these verses are what, like 6 bars? There's more skit than lyrics, and if I didn't know the skit is from, I wouldn't really care about the skits on this since it seems irrelevant. As an artist, it almost seems like you guys thinned out a lack of written lyrics with skit time. The tracks' titles "slang" but there's no discussion of slang in it at a which was a real let down. Keep in mind Big L did a track about slang, so the comparison was already there in my mind, and whne this track delivered nothing about slang, it jsut disapointed me throughout. My honest opinion is 'back to the drawing board fellas'. UNF, EQ your shit better, Choke, you gotta work on your flow, or at least writing over a beat, or pickign a beat that goes best with your liyrics, because this beat was borderline garbage and the lyrics didn't fit. Also, EQing would go a long distance on your mic because it's still got some room in it.

I didn't hear anything about slang, all I heard was "I'll beat you up" and braggodocio shit of that general nature. And by "canibus-y" meat I mean a beat that canibus would have used when he was still lubing up the slide for his career to slip down it.

read my feedbakc, how could I have possibly checked the wrong song??? listen man, your song didn't sound like it was saying SHIT about slang. look at the edit toyour quote. it was a busted track. stop trying to defend a busted track, and suck it up and get over it and do better the next time. That's not hard is it? Your song didn't interpret anything that you wanted it to. Notice there's no feedback in here, but it's been here for mad long? Who else said anything about it, a dude you already know?? That's a sign that people didn't like it or connect to it.
