Stating the not so obvious

This board couldn't be more disconnected with hip-hop OR rap. 3/4ths of the kids on here don't know jack shit about what's actualy goin on in rap, how how to do it, where it's going, where it came from, or anything! Dudes are always WAY behind the times here, songs are redundant as shit, same style every single boring song, same effects in every single track, same problems in every track that they never get off their lazy ass and correct, the same nerds are rapping in the same nerd-rap way, the same corny fucks with styles from 2001 are still using their 2001 crappy styles, same girls are still rapping generic and un-entertaining while you kiss their ass and tell em what they want to hear because you think you might some day see a tit on webcam. You're wack for that, you generic emcees with your corny-ass 1841 single sylable rhyme schemes are BEYOND boring, and anyone listening to any other rapper and studying them is an unoriginal, uncreative cockslider putting out music that's A: been done and B: obviously old.

I'm tired of being asked to leave feedback on someone's busted-ass track that's got no flow and ho-hum delivery with WACK net-producer gameboy sounding beats And on top of that, read 14 people saying "wow, this was ill" because they're just too god damn stupid to know what "ill" is. If you can't rap for shit its because you don't know shit needed to be nice. With that said, how the FUCK could you possibly leave knowledgable feedback on someone elses shit when you're rediculously unskilled your damn self??

Know your role and STFU. Oh yeah, to those of you who fit one of these decriptions, stop crying like a hoe when someone that's considered "more experienced" tells you your music sucked.

...Yeah. I suck at rap. :\ But the only audio I've done has pretty much gone in the comedy section of soundclick anyway, and that was a beat composed when I was being attacked by a dog. My brother was playing mainstream music for two fucking hours until it felt like I was going to fucking kill him and then burn down the apartment complex I live in and then headbutt my way through a few buildings. God I fucking hate mainstream.

I don't listen to much rap, excluding Bliss 'n Eso and stuff from people like LE and I'm getting into what Ike is doing. The fucking idiots around me don't like Bliss 'n Eso, but they'd much rather listen to 'rat-tat-tat I shot your dog and then ripped out its tonsils and stabbed you in the neck with them' worded different ways throughout a song to a shitty beat.

What's annoying is some people aren't willing to help others elevate. Dooms is willing to share some basic knowledge, which is nice cuz he leaves the rest up to you. If you are willing to spends hours upon hours trying to learn tricks, then you really want to rap. If you don't feel it's worth the time then you give up.

Just seems like people fear creativity, or newcomers.

I will love watching everyone else in this thread deny they fit into this category of herbs.

However, LMFAO.

Something told me I shouldn't have ever gave you those crack cookies.

IG - know what's funny? I said the exact same thing when I first got here. "The end is near."

Wuts funny is...I've been hit or miss with some tracks lately because I'm tryin so many things that are new to me, even if ideas or concepts have been done before. Fact is, there is NOTHING new under the sun. Every rapper at some point references another rapper or rehashes lines and/or concepts. With that said, the reason it works alot of times is because as an individual, you put your own spin on things. There's noone with your unique set of characteristics and experiences. That alone allows you to have a unique perspective if, and only if you spit the lyrics in a creative way--i.e., concrete imagery, fresh rhyme schemes/references. I do agree that I'm personally tired of hearing some tracks where it's the same delivery in every track. It's boring. I'm singing in my tracks now, using references that are unique or that are isoteric, and generally trying to come fresh in every track. Point being, when you click on a Q track, you don't know what you're getting.

Let the haters hate.
