Heyo All Rap Listeners
How long does it take you to decide if you want to listen to the rest of a song on a new CD or if you like a beat. I listen for about 10-15 seconds and then I decide.

When I first check out a song, I'll listen the whole way through... Unless it gets repeditive.. You cant make a good opinion based on 10-15 seconds of a 4:00 track......... |
Well I listen to the beat, see if it interests me if it is an instrumental or something. I meant that I wait listen to 15 seconds of the song (when the rapper starts rapping) to decide.

too me it dont matter...most sogns are just garbage on these new cds cuz those marketers got there heads soooo far up there asses they dont know how too release or propose new ideas

to get a really true feel for a song you have to hear it all the way through to make a completely involved and honestly PURE opinion...I listen to an entire CD, really listen to it, before I decide if I like it or not, not just a few songs 1st time I listen I'm listening passively, mostly paying attention to the beat, after that I really concentrate on listening to what they're saying |

Just like on RV, I decide within the fist 15-30 seconds if I'll continue listening or not.

If Im not diggin the sound quality or the beginning of the beat in the first 5-10 seconds I say fuck it.

with a beat i can tell if its the type of beat i like from the first measure................but ill usually listen to a whole song all the way thru
