People Voting That Aren't In The League.
Since there were a few debates regarding who can vote and who couldn't last week I just thought I'd post the final word. I let people who wanted them DQed, DQ the votes last week because I had never said anything about it, but, from now on, if somebody was signed in for this league AT ANY TIME, their vote counts. They DO NOT have to be signed in at the current time to vote. All voters have to do is have participated at one time or another, and their vote will be counted.
