You Should All Watch Dateline Tonight
Yeah, they're talking about a trial that's gaining national attention and it's currently going on in Arizona. It's about this really fucked up kid getting taken to a counselor and the counselor suggested that he should go to a boot camp type of a deal called "Buffalo Soldiers." He ended up dieing there. The boot came was shut down and the owner of it was convicted of neglegenct manslaughter (even though he shouldn't have because he wasn't even there when the kid died).
But anyway, now the mom dropped a law suit on the counselor saying that they should have never suggested "Buffalo Soldiers" as a solution. My dad is defending the counselor and he's going to beat some mom ass, for real. Word. But yeah, he thinks they're going to bash the counselor's decision on Dateline because they never even called him, but whatever. He's pretty confident that he's going to win, 1. Because the mom's case is pretty bad and 2. In around 20 years he's never been defeated as the defense attorney.
