I-tunes, help.
Is there a way, when itunes is open, in your library, to move a track down or up. I try to drag it and so forth, because when i upload it, the songs are gonna be out of order, and thats gay.
yes .
On mine theres no problem...
Well i was Dling songs, and i opened them in the wrong order, thus, theyre in my library in the wrong order, and will upload to my itunes in that order, the wrong order...
i dont understand whats the problem...it seems too basic to even want to fathom
they should be in alphabetical order
Because i dont want them in the wrong order on my ipod, its gonna annoy me!
And the problem is, when i drag them to place it under one, and switch the order, they dont do anything! |
Shouldn't it automatcially be in ABC order?

The artists are, yes, but i mean for ONE artist, HIS songs for his ONE cd are in the wrong order. |
even when they load on your ipod, they'll be categorized by album, and song artist anyways, i don't alphabetical order of ALL your songs exists on the ipod...not on mine anyways...
I dont alphabetically put the song names on there, but when i go under artists, and pick an album, i like the songs to be in the right order according to album, i didnt say this about the alphabet shit. you guys are dumb. shit.
i unno, i just never bothered, but since you're really picky, you could check it for you, but i dunno if you put them in alphabetical order on itunes, it will load on your ipod like that, i dunno if it does that
Go get the tracklisting foo.
select the song, right click, click on "get info". a window will appear. click the "Info" tab. then you can put in a track number...do it for all the songs on an album and they'll be in order.
Or, do it the easy way, and put them in a playlist.
You can change them around much easier in playlists, and its more organised if you got a bunch of different songs. |
