What do i need to download to play a ".rar" file?

The only time I see rar files is on FL. I don't think you can use media players for em. Only programs I think. I THINK.

Alright, i got winRAR 3.42 or whatever, but then i cant figure out how to unzip it or whatever.

You have to have winrar to unzip it actually.
