man, this is funny and everything... but they should really record these people at the first tryouts... what most people dont realize is that in order to actually perform in front of Simon and the other TV judges, you have to make it through 3 rounds of evaluation... i know 2 people who can sing like HELL who both made it through the first 2 rounds, but fell 1 round short of TV... so, they intentionally let people like Willian Hung through, obviously for TV interest... but, thats taking away alot of people's chances that really deserve it.

didn't really watch the 1st night much, but there's always horrible "singers" each year so I'm sure I haven't missed much lol
