K, the personals phil used were cheap racist ones, but atleast they hit hard...Phil's second bar was his best one...Now, here's my breakdown...

Flow-Both cats had some structure problems, like tryin' to squeeze too many words and syllables into one bar. Mexican had better control of this than phil, so he took flow.

Punches-Fairly weak punches from both, played punches as well. Don't ever use the word "lyrically", cuz it's just lame. Phil's personals were his punches, so they hit a lot harder than Mexican's played "ya mom" lines and "down on your knees" lines, so Phil took personals.

Personals- Some alright personals from Phil, a little racist and overly-obvious...whatever....Mexican's personals were non-existent, except for commentin' on Phil's sig...lame...Phil took personals

Multis-Pretty much non-existent from both drops...Phil had some almost multis...I can't give Multis to either cat, cuz they were lame, or not there at all.

You had a pretty weak verse, you rhymed ok, the flow was decent but you lacked hard hitten punches, and you used no wordplay.

OVERALL: This battle goes to MC for atleast tryin' to throw a punch. He used some ok wordplay and his punches were ok. Mex you need to work on everything dude. Your flow was decent but the rest was horrible.
