help wif classwork
i needd sum1 2 transpose these eqautions for lines into slope form (y=mx+b) and show me how you did i, pleeeeeeeeeeezzzzzzzzzeeeeeeee ill leave feed on err thang u post from now on,and if i dont, then have strobe babn me
-3x+2y=-6 x+1/2y=4 1/4x+y=8 thx werd  |
Are you kidding me?
1. -3X + 2Y = -6 2Y = 3X - 6 Y = (3X/2) - 3 ^ The parenthesis aren't necessary when writing it, but I wanted to make it clear that the 3X/2 is NOT 3X/2-3. There's a huge difference. 2. X+1/2Y= 4 2Y = 4/X+1 Y = 4/X+1/2 Y = 4/2X+2 Y = 2 / 2X 3. 1/4X + Y = 8 Y = (-1X/4) + 8 ^ Same reason I put in the parenthesis as above. That seems about right to me. |
1 and 3 is right, but i dunno about 2 ive done these already so no ned 2 try again thx alot tho

Draw it out it looks like pudding. Yes it doesnt i'm honestly lying. hey look post count uped by one.

Yeah, I forgot about the rules with fractions on #2. After this step, "Y = 4/X+1/2" I don't really remember what to do. But, I thought that to divide fractions you'd multiply by the reciprical, thus making it "4/X+1 times 1/2", meaning my next step would be right. If that next step is right, then my answer is right. Whatever. It doesn't really matter to me.
