im not religous or anything but if a person becomes a priest do the automaticly get into "heaven"? and if not, is "god" more leinient on them i mean, would a molesting racist priest get into heaven faster than me?

You have to believe that Jesus died for your sins and rose again, no one gets to heaven 'faster'. We all die eventually and you either go to heaven or hell. It isn't like you jump in a car and drive there.

priests won't go to heaven faster because, correct me if i'm wrong, but did God not make every man equal...therefore no matter if the "organisation of religion" wants to "elect" people as so-called figureheads of the faith, they ain't goin nowhere faster than the rest of us...no matter how much they seem to believe otherwise...

Priests have a tendancy to do more good on a small scale than your average man. But they hold no more clout than a regular man in the eyes of god aside from what they acomplish within their lives.

But I think upon becoming a preist, you cant just say ''hey i think i'll be a preist now''...you gotta be with the church for a certain amount of years, you gotta obviously know your faith and all that shit.

I'm no relgious negro myself, so I dont know the in's 'n out's of this preist shit and how you become one, but I think y'all get what I'm trynna say...

You have to study for like 10 years or something to become a priest. If you become a priest, you dedicate a lot of your life to just studying, and that doesn't count the time you spend working your way up to being a priest. You usually start out as a assistant priest or something. In all it takes like 18 years or something to be ready.
