Has anyone heard of or read the book..

"Natural Cures They don't want you to know about" by Kevin Tredeau? I've read it a month or two ago, and it was eye opening to say the least. I also lost 25lbs with out one stitch of excercize simply by eating more intellegently and consuming voods that actualyl contain nutriends, instead of preservatives and chemicals designed to make it tase better and make me addicted. Has anyone else heard of or read this brilliant piece of literature?

I weigh 107...I don't need to lose 25 pounds.

Meaning that if it's about losing weight, which I'm thinking it is, I have no reason to read it.

Tha Q. 03-08-06 04:41 PM

The book is about a whloe lot more than losing weight. Specifically, "natural cures" for things that ail the average person like ADD, herpes, a cold, constipation, high blood pressure, depression, the flu, heart burn, chronic tiredness, and shitloads more.

For example, did you know that the foods we eat are so low in nutritional content tht your body throws signsals to your mind that you're still hungry because it still needs more nutrients? This is why one can eat a whole meal and still be starving or hungry again shortly there after.

This book blows the lid off of a lot of stuff once thought not achievable by food. But not just any food, organic food. HUGE difference. I also learned that the garbage on the store shelves that SOUND healthy are actualy packed with things thta aren't even real food. I learned the REAL way to read food labels and what those long names and chemicals stand for, and it's appauling to say the least. I highly reccomend this to anyone who gives a damn about their health or are wondering why they are or get sick.

Nah I haven't. Where they sell it? I want to get in shape, and I'm sick of the food I eat.

the guy is a fake, he got arrested for fraud a few times. well duh ur gonna lose weight if you eat better ( i never thought that books needed to tell you how to be logical) and in my opinion the cures are in my opinion, a placibo ( a sugar pill) it only works cuz you think it will.

But only certain combinations will maximize the effects. Like if you eat too many vegetables in a ratio compared to other foods, then your metabolism will actually slow down, but if you balance the foods, then you will lose weight fast. A lot of people just need the insight and professional word, like me. I know the basics, but the advanced knowledge is what I need.

Doctors don't specialize in nutrition, which is what people need because everyone is different. You're thinking of a nutritionist.
