I wore a quarter of a patch for one day, and then today, I don't have any cravings whatsoever.

Smoking Is Addicting = Over-Rated.

And I was a heavy smoker as well. A pack a day damn near for a year and a half.

but yeah.....smoking is sick one of my ex-girlfriends smoked and when i kissed her it was like eww this shits gross...smells bad and it kills you...fuck why would yuo waste ur money

word... i smoke bout a pack and half a day since i was sixteen... i know what that all about ... tried nicorette gum.. didnt work.. the inhaler didnt work.. cold turkey forced me to strangle women and small children... but am yet to try the patch.... GOOD JOB...L.E.

then i am a weak person..............i geuss... i decided i really have no desire to quit...

I wish that shit would work for me. In an attempt to quit i've switched from cigarrettes to Black n Milds cuz they have no nicotine. But even though the craving for nicotine is gone i'm still heavily in the habbit of smoking cuz i've been smoking for about 7 years. But it's all good cuz i'm about to join the air force and i can't smoke at basic so that'll be my way to quit.

A pack for under 2 years isn't that heavy honestly.

Now if you smoked 4 packs a day for like 30 years I can understand, but what you smoked isn't that big.

i used to smoke the occassional cig here and there when i was younger. matter of fact, i smoked 'ports' for about a year, then one day i woke up haukin' up major nastiness. after that, i was like "fuck this.......this shits for the birds........i need my lungs for my weed smoking habit". i quit cold turkey, word. it wasnt a problem for me at all. addiction responses vary from person to person.

im bout to quit soon..... cigs.... Trees.... they the healin of the Nation... i'll use a vaporizer when i quit stogies.... and i may on a rare occasion have a spliff to reminice on better days.....
