I'm actually surprised it's coming out this early. It would have to take a long ass time to make, since it'd have to at least be on par with the tv show.

But Apexx, did you see the 30 second teaser trailer? Because they're showing it in some theaters across the country, I just forgot before which movie.

Well, even though they've been talking about it for years, it would be good promotion to release it relatively soon. If done right, a Simpsons movie would retain the reputation and possibly generate more interest during the ever-growing Seth McFarlane phenomenon.

And as far as what it's gonna be about, I have no idea. I just heard on the radio yesterday that there's a trailer at the beginning of Ice Age 2 in select theaters.

9th, yeah man, I saw the 30sec trailer and that's how I knew. I figure it couldn't take THAT long to make since an eposide takes a week and it's only like 20 minutes long with commercial breaks.

Eh, hopefully they do the opposite of every great series and know when to end it on a high note, instead of riding it till the wheels fall off.

Well they've already signed on for seasons 18 and 19, so I guess we'll see how long it goes.
