best reason to buy it the software 75,000$ dollars worth

Terumoto 05-10-06 07:12 PM

I think you're selling it for way too much...

You're over-valuing it because of the software, but unless you ship all of the software licensing, installation and documentation stuff over with the PC then you shouldn't be raising the price.

This PC is probably worth about $1900 (Aus Dollars) which is around $1300 US. For the price you're charging, I could build a brand new, completely up to date computer with top of the line components.

I agree...you're selling it fro way too much.

I could go to TigerDirect, by an even better machine that is brand new and I KNOW it won't haev anything drastically wrong with it.

So you are going to send all the documentation and the installation CD's for every single piece of software listed? If you're not, then the software is worthless. I bet you 95% of that software is pirated too, therefore it has no value. Anybody could download any of the apps you listed... And even if some are real, if you aren't going to send the CD's and documentation the software is worthless.

Even if you didn't include the soundcard, that motherboard has a soundcard built into it... But its always good to have a proper soundcard.

I thought you said this was his old computer? I find it hard to believe that the CD, manual, license agreement, serials etc for every piece of software will be sent.

I build custom-made PCs to sell as well, and I use pirated software if software is a selling point. Just because to do it legit it costs too much. People usually want completely blank computers though so they can do what they wish with it.
